Constance's car has broken down on the roadside and she has called a tow company to retrieve her vehicle, and her. She has been waiting half an hour for the truck to turn up and she badly needs to pee. She calls the company again and asks where help is. She is told that they are helping another lone female driver and will be with her as soon as possible. Constance is annoyed but has no choice but to accept the delay.
