VidsRIP (https://vids.rip) is a service for streaming and download of adult visual content, and as such is only intended to be used by people of the age of majority (18+). We provide the opportunities for the uploading, hosting and sharing of adult fetish videos. This document describes the operating principles of the site.

Our mission:

In many parts of the world, adult content is a luxury, accessible to the few – unemployment, inflation, poor economies and life expectancy, lack of regional prices from the content providers. All these problems were exacerbated by the COVID pandemic, when the need to "stay at home" made adult sites and the ability for getting accessible adult content important as ever. By helping in making such content available to the wider audience, we believe in VidsRIP important social, socioeconomic and humanitarian mission.

User Submissions:

Our members are able to upload, host and share adult videos (submissions) with our platform. As such, it is their responsibility to ensure:
- they have a written permission/consent of each and every participant of the submission;
- the content is compliant with all laws, including, but not limited to, 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R 751;
- each and every participant of the submission is strictly over the age of majority (18+) at the time of the creation of such content;

By uploading a submission to our site, you grant us the non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, transmit, translate, distribute, promote, pirate, exhibit, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, and publicly perform the uploaded content.

Intellectual Property Rights:

VidsRIP is not the primary producer (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of any of the visual content present on the site. With respect to Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we accept and review the valid DMCA claims; removing the content in the case it is found infringing.

Pricing and Payment:

Access to individual videos is purchased with tokens. Tokens are sold in packs; the price of a pack and the number of tokens it contains depend on the payment method you choose and on the region you are paying from — the packs available to you are shown on the token purchase page before any payment is made. Spending tokens on a video unlocks it for 7 days, after which it can be unlocked again at your discretion. We do not offer subscriptions: nothing renews automatically and no manual cancellation is ever necessary.

The exact amount that will be charged — including the payment provider's fee and, for local payment methods, the currency conversion applied by that provider — is displayed before you confirm the payment. That amount is fixed at the moment the invoice is created and is the only binding price.

Tokens are credited automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed by the provider, normally within a few minutes. If they have not been credited within 30 minutes, contact us at admin@vids.rip. If the amount actually received is lower than the amount invoiced — this can happen with cryptocurrency transfers because of network fees — tokens are credited in proportion to the amount received.

We never receive or store your card details, bank credentials or wallet keys. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers; the provider processing your payment is identified at checkout, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to that transaction.

Refunds:

Tokens that have already been spent on unlocking videos are non-refundable, as the service has been delivered.

You may request a refund of an unspent token balance within 14 days of the purchase. Write to admin@vids.rip from the e-mail address of your account, stating the date and the amount of the payment. We reply within 10 business days.

Approved refunds are returned through the payment method used for the purchase; for cryptocurrency payments, the network fee required to send the refund is deducted. No refund is due if the account is terminated for a breach of these Terms.

If you believe a payment was made in error or you disagree with a charge, write to admin@vids.rip before contacting your bank or payment provider. We review such cases individually and, where the claim is justified, return the payment ourselves.

Who You Are Paying:

VidsRIP (https://vids.rip) operates this website and is the seller of the digital services described above. All payment enquiries, including refunds and disputes, should be addressed to admin@vids.rip; we answer within 10 business days. Payments are collected on our behalf by third-party payment providers, which are named at checkout.

User Conduct:

By using VidsRIP you agree not to: share your account credentials with others or let several people use one account; redistribute or re-upload downloaded content elsewhere; use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the site; attempt to bypass technical limitations or restrictions.

Breaking the rules of a particular feature disables that feature rather than the whole account: a violation of the Review Guidelines disables reviews for your account, and a violation of the Rules for Uploading disables video uploads. In the Support Hub, an account may be restricted for abusive messages towards the site or its staff, or for repeatedly opening tickets on an issue that has already been answered.

Serious or repeated violations may lead to the termination of the account without a refund.

Force Majeure:

VidsRIP shall not be responsible for failure or interruption of access to the site due to the circumstances out of our control, such as earthquakes, floods, fire, plague, computer viruses, wars, foreign and domestic terrorism, civil disturbances, alien invasions, failure of public infrastructure and nuclear fallout.

Change of Terms:

We reserve the right to change or update this document as needed without an additional announcement.
