The video starts when Selena just finished her cascade, and you can tell that the noise of it has caused some damage to the strength of Nora. She really feels the need, having heard the water loudly hitting the floor. You literally feel the waves of pressure going through her lower belly. Her bottom can't help moving from side to side, and 12 minutes into the exercise she can barely stay standing, finding the upright position to be too much stress for her bladder.
