Hello everybody,

We previously talked to you about how creators wizened up to our activities and are well-aware of the existence of our operation. As such, we've come to rely more and more on the Bounty System when it comes to sourcing new content for the site. This system proved good for everyone and is here to stay - enabling us to continue acquiring new videos for you, while also giving you more flexibility in terms of payment methods.

Speaking of which, from now on we will be posting new offers particularly geared at our Chinese customers: procuring JAV Collection videos for us from a Chinese forums. Our ability to get new JAV content has been limited ever since our previous supplier ceased activities following credit card companies' move to stop servicing payments made for Japanese adult content. So if you live in China and the payment methods we have are not available in your country, this is something you might be interested in.

Previously, you had to check the Bounty page every time to find out if we've posted new bounties. Going forward, there will be the date of the last update displayed in brackets next to the payment method. We hope this is going to improve the usability and make tracking of active bounties easier for you.

We don't really have any more news for you today, however we've stumbled upon this video called Piracy is back and have found it very interesting. Even though it's mostly concerned with music and movie industry, we realized many of the points made apply to us as well. For example, "you either give it out for a price that people want to pay or it gets stolen, because they can't enforce it" (9:30). This pretty much explains our business model of offering the content cheaper than it's available elsewhere. Even though studios like Bound2Burst have many different costs, associated with making the videos - from cameras to servers, models' fees, logistics, accommodation, clothes and even shoes of all things - that's neither here nor there, because you guys are only willing to pay so much for the content offered. As a result, studios need to adapt to this by lowering their production costs or by looking for alternative sources of funding. For example, the mentioned Bound2Burst now only makes desperation content as "customs", with the entire financial burden put on the commissioner. Meanwhile LoveWetting stopped filming story-focused desperation clips a long time ago, opting for numerous and cheap to make "pissing scenes" instead. Or the other one, "It's always a game of whack-a-mole. And the more difficult that you make it for people to consume the content, the more people will just simply take the easier route" (19:23). This resonates with our point we made while talking about the "piracy measures" of Peeing-Outdoors back in February: there is no way to combat piracy that would not harm your legitimate customers in the process.

The video also makes an important point that what led people to becoming paying customers was platforms like Spotify or Steam becoming a "one-stop shop" for all the content they're interested in, while also offering a better service in the process. "A better service" here means everything from usability, quality of life, being able to easily find the content you're looking for to speed of streaming and download and customer support. This is something we discussed internally, but are not so sure about. Over the years, some of you praised us for providing the kind of service not even producers themselves can or care enough to do. On the other hand, the survey we conducted a few years ago suggests most of our customers primarily care about prices and frequency of updates.

If you'd like to weigh in on this, we invite you to share your opinion with us at the Support Forums. What are your primary expectations from our site? Are we able to meet them at present? Do you enjoy our quality of life improvements, or is frequency of content updates all you care for? Did you prefer PissRIP as a "one-stop shop" for all kinds of content you like, or do you appreciate us moving some of our content over to Girlspee, which enabled us to offer many videos cheaper as part of a monthly subscription? We're looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
