Last month we relegated all payment-related matters to the forms at the site itself. This was done with the goal to eliminate the mandatory creating of another account and engaging with Support Hub for most of our members. At the same time, we have rewritten our payment method pages in a way that would make them more understandable to newcomers. Notably, for Binance Gift Cards we have created a list of radio buttons leading to the Kinguin site to streamline the process as much as possible for someone who never dealt with this payment method before.
However, your feedback over the month informed us that we have unfortunately made the process of paying with Binance Gift Cards entirely confusing for our returning customers. Our implementation gave birth to a whole array of questions that anyone viewing the page found themselves asking. We have additionally exacerbated the issue by reducing the amount of text at the page as much as possible. It was perceived at the time that a large volume of text proves overwhelming and makes some members dismiss this payment method as "too complicated".
Due to the nature of our operation we will unfortunately most likely never have easy, one-click payment methods, accessible to everyone - as such, we have come to appreciate that oversimplification is not the way we should go about it. We realized that we would rather provide you more information (at the risk of overwhelming you a little bit) than confuse you entirely and make you spend much more time having to write us support tickets etc.
Therefore, we have redesigned the Binance Gift Card payment method page again, which now looks like a healthy compromise between what we had in August and what we used to have before that.
In addition, we have also iterated on the Send Code form - previously copying the code directly from the site you purchased from and pasting it into the form could lead to spaces in front of/after the code, preventing you from being able to submit the form. From now on, when the code detects spaces alongside your Binance Gift Card key - these will be removed automatically. So you will be able to submit the form, as long as the key you provide consists of 16 characters that are both letters and numbers.
