PayPal Situation
As you might have noticed on the page for the payment method, recently we have seen an increase in likelihood of tokens not arriving to your account after making a payment. This is currently not a widespread issue, and the majority of our members is able to use PayPal just fine. Still, tracking down lost payments is a lengthy process which we can't facilitate because it involves contacting the operator for third-party PayPal gateway. While we are committed to make sure the tokens ultimately make it to your account, for now we recommend you use other payment methods if possible - until we get confirmation that the issue is resolved.
Spring Cleaning Concluded
As of today, we have finished relocation of all the flagged videos to Girlspee. Due to the fact it's impossible to relocate a large number of videos overnight a few our members faced the situation when they purchased a clip that was in queue for relocation, and lost access to it as a result. This issue will not occur going forward. You are welcome to read more about the event here.
Increase in Response Times for Some Support Tickets
Despite our commitment to handle all the manual payments and support-related requests in "up to 10 hours", we have always strived to take care of it much faster, usually within 30-60 minutes. However, some of our staff is affected by the ongoing war in Ukraine and the ever-present blackouts as a result of recent missile attacks on power plants and infrastructure. Here is the list of requests that might take us longer than usual to process in the coming months:
Binance Gift Card payments (only when made between 11 PM - 7 AM UTC/GMT);
bounties and other inquiries related to DesperVids content;
account deactivation inquiries;
moderation/approval of video reviews;
